Our office provides two (2) types of “Bundled Services.”

Flat Fee Services

“Fixed” or flat fee services are aimed at reducing client costs, while providing a clear price tag, in exchange for a finite set of services outlined in a flat fee agreement. Any funds paid to Kinney & Brown PC are treated as earned upon receipt.

Full Representation

A fully retained attorney represents you at all stages, pursuant to and within the scope of an executed hourly fee agreement. Before you sign your fee agreement, we will establish whether or not an amount of funds must be deposited in advance before we will begin work. These funds are applied against any expenses and our legal fees.
